Two Hamburger patties
2 -4 slices of Cheddar Cheese
Tostadas or Corn Tortillas
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup re-fried beans
1/8 cup sriracha sauce
1/8 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tbs. sweet relish (optional)
Grill up 2 burgers and melt 1 or 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese on top and set aside.
Grill your hamburger buns as well.
Take 2 Tostadas or Corn Tortillas.... (Depending if you want your burgers soft or crunchy)
Spread the Tostadas with re-fried beans then cover with shredded Cheddar Cheese and pop them in a broiler for 3 to 4 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Put the Tostada on the bottom 1/2 of the bun and spoon on *Pico de Gallo. Then top with cheddar cheeseburger and the top half of the bun.
You can reheat the burger on the griddle just prior to putting it on top all the other goodies to help make everything hot!
Serve with chips and the rest of your Pic de Gallo!
